Now that the popular TVB drama Blue Veins has ended, Kay Tse must be feeling the withdrawal symptoms. The singer-actress said she would be interested to film in the sequel of Blue Veins, if there was one.
That’s determination on Tse’s part as the actress. Tse was critised for her acting in the earlier episodes of the 33-episode drama series. Some viewers commented that her acting was exaggerated and overly cute.
Tse, however, said she has received encouraging feedback towards the end of the Hong Kong drama, as fans said they liked her role very much, adding they hoped to see a sequel.
As much as her heart was willing, Tse said she might not be able to cope if the filming of the sequel were to start too soon. She said she was rather stressed out when the drama first started airing, while expressing she was not getting younger, so she would have to see the script first before actually committing to the role.
So far, there is no word from TVB on whether there would be a sequel.
Blue Veins is the most recent horror-action drama series focusing on the undead. Other stars in the cast include Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) and Grace Chan (陳凱琳).
