If you haven’t yet tried db Bistro at Marina Bay Sands, perhaps now’s the time to do so — particularly if you’re a seafood lover.

The French bistro has introduced a weekly New Zealand Fish Market special and an array of monthly seafood promotions, complementing its signature seafood platters and seasonal oysters that are shucked-to-order at the raw bar.

Every Thursday, diners can experience a brand-new New Zealand Fish Market that showcases freshly caught fish from the town of Leigh, a small village at Cape Rodney in New Zealand.

You can choose from premium fish like Snapper, Tarakihi, Trevally, John Dory, Moonfish and Blue Cod. You can also expect to find Bigeye Tuna that weighs up to 160kg!

The catch is all wild-caught and sustainably sourced. They are chilled immediately after being caught and air freighted direct to Singapore to preserve its freshness.

Once you’ve selected your choice of fish or seafood, just let the chef know how you would like them to be cooked: fried, roasted or the healthiest way – steamed and enjoy!
