After opening HEYTEA’s first overseas outlet at ION Orchard late last year, the popular original inventor of cheese tea now has a second outlet at Clarke Quay.

The 2,200 sqft outlet adds to Clarke Quay’s bustling bar scene, serving its signature tea flavours as well as a special menu of cocktails for those looking for a refreshing location and drink. The menu consists of six brand-new alcoholic tea creations, including two Singapore-exclusive concoctions.

Scarlet’s Heart (S$16), one of the Singapore-exclusive cocktails is a refreshing blend of cognac brandy, fresh fruits, pineapple pulps and a hint of floral fragrance from jasmine green tea topped with a layer of foamy egg white. The Royal’s Romance (S$22) on the other hand is a blend of vodka, citrus, herbs and osmanthus oolong. The other four cocktails are inspired by the four seasons–Spring Fling ($16), Summer Siesta ($18), Autumn Ashes ($16) and Winter Solace ($18).

One of the must-try at this outlet is the two Singapore-exclusive alcoholic ice creams–Singapore Sling ($5.50) and Guinness ($4.50). Our favourite is the Guinness flavoured cone that is both rich and cream without being too sweet. Our only gripe is that the stout flavour can be bolder, after all it’s an alcoholic cone.

The new outlet opens till 1.00am to cater to party-goers.
