Hokkaido BAKE Cheese Tart opens in Singapore

    The wait is over — BAKE cheese Tart is finally in Singapore.

    Starting 29 April, the famous Hokkaido cheese tart pastry will be available at ION Orchard. Singaporeans will be glad that they no longer have to stuff their faces with BAKE Cheese Tarts when they are travelling to places like Japan or Seoul in order to savour as much of the delicious pastry as they can while they are still there.

    For those who have not tried BAKE Cheese Tart, the pastry is well-loved for its crispy baked tart dough and luscious, soft cheese mousse made from blending three types of cheese: cheese from Hakodate and Betsukai, both in Hokkaido and cheese from France.

    To ensure consistency in taste, the tarts will be pre-made in their Japan store in Kinotoya, Hokkaido with the same ingredients used for their tarts sold throughout Japan, before shipping them to Singapore. They will then be fresly baked at the store.

    Enjoy the delectable tarts in 3 ways: eat them fresh and piping hot from the oven, refrigerate them for a lighter and smoother texture or freeze them for a refreshing ice-cream like experience.

    The tarts are $3.50 each or $19.50 per box of six.
