The new seafood buffet line-up at Pan Pacific Hotel is sure to get you hooked! The [email protected] buffet has refreshed its menu with exciting new dishes including Oatmeal Crayfish, Steamed Mussels Pot and Tokusei Ahi Poke.
With such a wide spread of seafood, we wouldn’t be surprised if you’d be spoilt for choice. So, here’s what we recommend. For your first pit stop, head over to the Knife Shaved Marinated Seafood Raw Bar, featuring Prawn Tartare with Sweet Mango Chill; White Snapper with Candied Longan, Basil, Lemongrass; Diver Scallops with Fresh Vanilla Pod, Kumquat and Shishito pepper; and a bonus Truffle Edamame Shooter to complement the fresh seafood dining experience. Make sure you do not miss the Crustacean on Ice including Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Flower Crab and freshly-shucked Oysters.
Next, pamper your palate with classic local and Peranakan favourites prepared with the Chef’s original recipes. Newly introduced dishes to the seafood buffet spread include the Oatmeal Crayfish, Poached Fish Fillet in Mala Broth that packs a punch, robust Nyonya King Prawn Laksa, Sambal Stingray and the flavourful Wok-fried King Lala Beehoon that is available at the live Wok Station.
With so many new dishes introduced at the [email protected] buffet, it’s good to know that the classics are still available. These include the Singapore Chilli Crab with Golden Mantou, Salted Egg Yolk Crab, Edge Curry Fish Head, Curried Crispy Baby Squid, Poseidon Pot Pie, Signature Nandu Crab Biryani and Drunken Prawns with Chinese Wine.
For the final finale, head to the dessert bar for sweet treats like its signature Durian Pengat, Dulcey Nutty Gateau, Morella Cherry Strudel and Gluten-free Chocolate Brownies.
