Get up close and personal with leading chefs in Singapore with The Minute List’s ‘Chef Table Experience’

    by -

It is not easy operating a food business and it’s true even for digital counterparts. To differentiate from similar services, The Minute List, is positioning itself as Singapore’s first video-driven, curated restaurant guide.

A quick browse through their online website shows a series of short, well produced videos of chefs speaking about their passion, craft and the concept behind their food and restaurant. If anything, these videos seems to be part entertainment and part chef insights. You get to see straight-talking and raw energy of leading chefs in Singapore, which will clue you in on what to expect at their restaurant.

To further differentiate itself from the pack, The Minute List is presenting the ‘Chef Table Experience’, a series of special dining events offered by some of Singapore’s hippest restaurants from 12 April to 11 May. To participate, all you need to do is to drop an email to the respective restaurant to reserve yourself a seat.

What to expect at the Chef Table Experience

The experience varies from restaurant to restaurant but it includes being the first to sample newly created dishes, sharing of the inspiration behind the restaurants’ signatures dishes, as well as Head Chef sessions where they share insider tips on their personal cooking playbook.

Participating restaurants include burger joint, MEATliquor, British-inspired gastro pub, Oxwell & Co, Thai street-food restaurant, Long Chim and Spanish-Japanese tapas bar, BAM! The ‘Chef Table Experience’ is the first in a series of gourmet experiences introduced by The Minute List. They have plans to extend future sessions to bars and coffee shops featuring leading mixologists and baristas in Singapore.
