    Singapore salary survey

Companies can get as creative as they want with work benefits but the top draw for the singapore workforce beyond their salary has to do with other monetary rewards.

A recent survey by Morgan McKinley involving 422 professionals found that pay aside, the top most important remuneration benefit among Singapore employees is annual bonus scheme, with 72% of the respondents polled citing that as the key factor. Flexible work arrangement (55%) and health insurance (53%) were ranked as the second and third most important factors respectively in the 2015 Singapore Salary Guide.

The respondents have also indicated that they are also motivated by factors like holidays (39%), training (37%) and share option incentives (24%). A lower percentage of the people surveyed said they care about paid study leave (14%) and gym membership (10%).
