Race promoter Singapore GP has confirmed the first few headline acts for this year’s Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix. They are Pharrell Williams, Maroon 5 and Spandau Ballet.
A singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, philanthropist and fashion designer, the seven-time Grammy award winner Pharrell Williams will be performing on the main Padang Stage of the Singapore Grand Prix. Best known for his hit single ‘Happy’, which sold over 12 million copies, the concert on Friday 18 September 2015 is also Williams’ first ever solo show in Singapore.
Not a stranger to the Singapore Grand Prix – Maroon 5 performed on the Padang Stage in 2012. The multi-platinum pop-rock band is back to rock the same stage on Saturday 19 September. Some of the songs we hope they will play includes ‘Lost Stars’, ‘Maps’ and their latest viral hit ‘Sugar’.
