HandEnergy lets you power up your devices with your hands

Running out of power for your smartphones and battery hungry devices will soon be a thing of the past. A new Kickstarter project HandEnergy is building a pocket-sized electricity generator that can produce energy simply by using your hands, enabling you to charge your smartphone, tablet and gadgets anytime and anywhere.

How is that possible? The team has designed a unique generator that can reach an average speed 5000 RPM simply by rotating your wrist with the Poké ball like object. The magnetic rotor then transmits mechanical power to the stator to produce an electric current, charging the built-in batteries.

Other than not running out of battery ever, the generator also gives your wrist a workout and a good break from sitting with your laptops the entire day. Further more, eco-friendly HandEnergy charges your device the same speed as if you were to plug your device into a socket.

HandEnergy is a brilliant idea and is a product everyone needs when commuting, travelling and doing their part for the environment.
